Drupal document upload and thumbnail display -

i have drupal 6.2 site , add templates section in following sites:

• http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/
• http://www.templatemonster.com/drupal-themes.php
• http://www.dreamweavergraphics.net/drupal_templates.html

i templates organized grid , tagged/categorized.

only admin uploading templates.

would appreciate , advice can give.

i go way:

1. add "template" content type
2. add cck fields: image, link, etc.
3. create download folder above www_root link download
4. add taxonomy tagging
5. create views display items; optionally can use panorama/slideshow if want mimic of sites have above.
6. configure permissions admin create content

you can in ubercart if products have price, or if don't.
