c# - asp dialog box? -

is there control in asp allows me choose location save file.
have text box , button. when user writes inside textbox , clicks button, want user select folder, , when user selects 1 , press ok... save text wrote inside folder.
in windows form there dialog box allows me so... in asp there no such control , tried add windows forms dll web application references didn't work when publishing application on iis.
there similar dialog box control asp?

you generate text file dynamically , write response allowing user select location saving it. example:
