i have application through want control webpage displayed in browser user. browser mozilla or chrome.

i wanted know there possibility send javascript commands webpage application in simplest form.

for example, throguh console can change window title:

document.title = 'this new title';

i want same activity through application (developed in java or c++).

please suggest!!
