iphone - iPad: new 4/5 finger multitasking gestures - when is the app's screenshot taken? -


when app resigns activation covers current view black view prevent ios taking screenshot of potentially sensitive document being shown.

when pushing app background works fine. screenshot taken after didenterbackground. using multitasking gestures switch shows black view.

however new 4/5 finger gestures if swipe left or right, first "resign activation" triggered , "did enter background" screenshot seems taken before these events. how prevent in case?

  1. sumbit bug report - http://bugreport.apple.com/

  2. ask on apple developer forums (and include bug number). people can speak freely there, , it's possible apple developer respond or @ least notice post (and prioritize bug).
