adobe products have eula items similiar other ides , tools used generate output.
basically adobe owns copyright , intellectual property of tool's internals (so can't use libraries go create new cs5) however, have full use of outputs of tools. if owned outputs no 1 use tool.
for example cs5 product license states:
adobe , suppliers own intellectual property in software. software licensed, not sold. adobe permits copy, download, install, use, or otherwise benefit functionality or intellectual property of software in accordance terms of agreement.
