Decode md5: How can we possibly decode an md5? -

is there chance have similar md5 hashes different value when converted? if yes how possible?and have tried guys decrypt before md5?

forget md5 second. instead imagine hashing function dumb , added value of each byte in source data.

now let's source data 2 bytes: 0x01 , 0x02, in order. these inputs hashed value 3.

problem is, can same answer of 3 lots of other byte sequences:

0x01 0x01 0x01 0x00 0x03 0x03 0x02 0x01 

...you idea, , see it's impossible know certainty of possibilities have been original input when have hashed value, 3.

with md5, algorithm far more complex , way better @ avoiding collisions, principle same. it's called "one-way hash" reason.
