should use png-8 or png-24 in website? websites still use png-8 or browser support enough can safely use png-24? have jquery sliders, don't know if makes difference or not. thank you!

browser support enough can use png-24. ie6 supports png-24.
if you're using images sliders, though, you'll want transparency , png-32 supported every modern browser well. ie6 can display them, albeit without proper transparency (unless use hacks.)
