mysql - Is there any tiny cms available for php -

i using joomla , oscommerce , php cms. becomes difficult me make pages using cms . is

1)create own php file  privacy.php 2)make separate table in mysql 3)put html content in mysql table field 4)get column using php  backend  1)make new page in user can edit content using wsiwyg editor 

is there ready made small php script can stuff automatically , mean , create databse field , front pages automatically , can copy , paste in php supported site , should independent of cms.

i can code own , if there. can save time . ijust need create simple pages privacy , disclaimer , aboutus etc

... searching best/tiny php cms , came conclusion wordpress trick.
it's not blogging platform,it cms

• there lot of plugins may come in handy
• it comes tinymce rich-text editor (and works great)
