xcode - How to get ipa file from build folder in iphone sdk 4.3 -

i need share distribution build client. when used xcode 4.0 easy find it. not able see build folder places in application folder. using xcode 4.3. , little confusing me. can guys please tell me steps find out.

connect device

and

select xcode-->product-->archive ipa file generated in organizer select file , click on share , save,your ipa file saved.
