which oldest browser , shortest screen size of mobile has facility surf internet , still in use?

i'm making mobile site older devices (not smartphones), still in use.

i'm testing on nokia 5130 xpress music mobile has size of 240 x 320 pixels , browser opera mini (version don't know).

is enough test on this, these days or should test on lower size , less capable browser this?

any suggestion?

edit: in desktop don't consider screen size lower 1024 x 768 px , have started not consider ie6, firefox 2 , 3.0 etc.

take @ what devices used surf internet (sorry russian, site doesn't seem have english ui - it's pretty self-explanatory) - you'll amazed how many people still use "feature phones" small screens , opera mini (java me-based) surf. while touch-based smartphones (such iphone) grow, more 50-60% of total mobile users still use small screens , simple devices.
