i've file want send ebay system support lms. samples i've found include use of api, environment i'm working in doesn't have ability use (the api).
so i'm forced send file http post. doc's seem lacking.
has constructed/found example of http post send given file.
edit: oh.. see in samples have found area seems it's supposed have data, in sample, there's nothing i'd consider real data.
