if 2 people want video chat using web browser , camera's, adobe flash plugin available? yes, there other 3rd party plugins, have manually downloaded. using baked common browsers, flash way possible?
also - html5 browsers** acceptable .. might answer question. understand there's many browsers , browser versions, lets latest versions @ time of post - no ie6, etc.
** not sure if html5 spec video playback or both playback , interaction camera's.
you can use websocket technology stream data browser. part of video chat covered.
