asp.net - How do I upload a file without browsing for the file? -

i learning how work fileupload control in asp.net. little curious whether tis possible upload file without having browse it, is, knowing path of file want upload.

pseudo example:

 filepath = "c:\temp\file.txt"  fileupload1.saveas( ..., filepath ,...) 

if not possible, there way perform using other ways httppostfile, etc...?
