xcode - What's the difference between .xcdatamodeld and BadgerNew.xcdatamodel -

i think xcode 3 use latter , xcode 4 use former.

are interchangeable?

.xcdatamodeld container .xcdatamodel files. it's used versioning , migration. when moving v1 of model v2, add new xcdatamodel has v2 along mapping model.
